T.E.D.™ is a prescription only anti-embolism hosiery.  The hosiery are used in deep vein thrombosis.  They apply graduated compression to increase blood flow velocity in the recumbant patient.  They come in 3 different lengths and 27 different styles.

DIABETIC SHOES or Extra Depth Shoes are shoes specifically designed for the unique needs of  the  diabetic patients.  Extra width and depth in the toe box and forefoot area help prevent pressure on swollen feet, bunnions, hammertoes and other problem areas.  Inserts are heat molded for proper fit.  In house staff are trained to fit shoes.  The extra depth shoes are also being used by non-diabetics due comfort for people with foot problems and the wide width.  Medicare will cover one pair of shoes and inserts annually for the diabetic patient.

Dr. Comfort is a very updated and offers many stylish looking shoes.  There are 16 mens and 17 womens styles.  Three types of inserts are avaialble, the newest is the gel insert that provides extra comfort.
